Ultrapure Water System

  UPW   S ystem Ultrapure water is high-purity water produced by reverse osmosis technology, EDI electric desalting technology and other appropriate supercritical fine technology, which is used to develop ultrapure materials (semiconductor component materials, nano ceramic materials, etc.).
