Purified Water (PW) System

Image
Pharmaceutical purified water system  adopt the latest processes such as reverse osmosis and EDI. Purified water distribution system designs a complete set of purified water process in a targeted manner. The quality of purified water for pharmaceutical manufacturing meets the requirements of the current USP, EP, JP and ChP for purified water.   Pretreatment is mainly used to remove particles that may damage the film and free chlorine. The reverse osmosis process is to separate and remove the soluble solids, organics, colloidal substances and bacteria in the water by using the semipermeable spiral membrane. The raw water is sent to and passes through the reverse osmosis membrane under a certain pressure. The water passes through the tiny pore diameter on the membrane and is collected to obtain pure water. Different impurities are concentrated in the intercepting liquid and discharged. RO can remove more than 96% of dissolved solids, more than 99% of organic matters and c...

PHARMACEUTICAL REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM

Image
With RO membrane separation technology as the core, the pharmaceutical reverse osmosis systems  systems   adopts automatic control, integrated design, modular installation, low energy consumption and small floor area. Double pipeline water supply and single pipeline circulation mode are adopted for water production to effectively control the growth of microorganisms. The control system has anti misoperation settings, audit tracking functions, and data is permanently saved and cannot be modified. The electric control system is standardized and reasonable, strong and weak current are separated, safe and stable. The touch screen, instruments, meters and valves are highly humanized and easy to operate and view.   OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF PHARMACEUTICAL REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS Pharmaceutical Reverse Osmosis Systems Working Principle   FEATURES OF PHARMACEUTICAL REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS 01. The reverse osmosis pharmaceuticals system has modular design, compact structu...

MULTI-EFFECT DISTILLER

Image
The water for injection preparation system is a key GMP system. The multi effect distiller is the key equipment of the most widely used WFI system at present. BIOCELL's multiple effect distillation  water machine and multi column distillation plant  adopts high temperature and high pressure operation to ensure stable production of pyrogen free water for injection. The water for injection produced by the multi effect water distiller  fully meets the requirements for water for injection generation in the current American Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, Japanese Pharmacopoeia and Chinese Pharmacopoeia.   Application of Multi-effect Water Distiller 1. Pharmaceutical Industry    Multi-Effect Water Distillers are essential for producing Water for Injection, which is critical for the preparation of intravenous drugs and vaccines.   2. Biotechnology   High-purity water from MEDs is crucial for preparing culture media and solutions used in bi...

ELECTRODEIONIZATION (EDI)

Image
EDI is a pure water manufacturing technology that combines ion exchange technology, ion exchange membrane technology and ion electromigration technology. It skillfully combines electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, uses high voltage of electrodes at both ends to move charged ions in water, and cooperates with ion exchange resin and selective resin membrane to accelerate the removal of ions, so as to achieve the purpose of water purification. During EDI desalination, ions are removed by ion exchange membrane under the action of electric field. At the same time, water molecules generate hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions under the action of electric field, which continuously regenerate the ion exchange resin to keep the ion exchange resin in the best state.   OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF ELECTRODEIONIZATION EDI Process   EDI desalination process is to exchange ions in water with hydroxide ions or hydrogen ions in ion exchange resin, and then migrate these ions into concen...
